CRC President testified at the budget hearing which was chaired by EOEEA Secretary Richard Sullivan. DCR Commissioner Ed Lambert was also there. In addition to the support of the Green Budget put forward by the Environmental League of Massachusetts (ELM) that asks for 1% for the Environment, the CRC encourages the DCR to look for increased revenue from developments that benefit from public investments.
