CHARLES RIVER PARKLANDS
UPDATE Last chance! The holidays and the New Year are approaching quickly. As the Conservancy works hard to prepare the Parklands for 2006, your year end donations make all of the difference. This year, all gifts made by first-time gifts will be matched by a generous donor! You can also help by giving a membership as a gift or purchase Parklands merchandise as presents for your friends and family. The beautifully designed Charles River Parklands Map Poster is a complement to any home or office. Karl Haglunds book Inventing the Charles River features beautiful maps and photographs, by photographer Peter Vanderwarker. These depictions of the Parklands, past and present, tell the story of how the Charles has changed over time.
