Directions to Bridges Alight Bridges Alight will be held on the Charles River Parklands between the Anderson and Weeks Bridges. Performances will take place up against the Weld Boathouse (near the Anderson Bridge), and on the parklands close to the Weeks Bridge. Parking will be difficult; therefore, we encourage people to come by public transportation or on foot. By Public Transportation and Foot Take the Red Line to Harvard Square. To get to the parklands from the Harvard Square T stop: Follow JFK Street (southwest) until you cross Memorial Drive. This will bring you to the Weld Boat House and the Anderson Bridge. The Weeks Bridge is just downriver (to your left as you face the river). Parking There are a limited number of reserved parking spaces located at the Harvard Business School's parking lot. For those who need to come by car, you are welcome to try and park in one of these spots for free. You must, however, mention that you are parking there for the Charles River Conservancy's Bridges Alight event. To get to the parklands from this parking lot, walk east down Western Avenue until you reach the river. Turn left (upriver). The Weeks Bridge is just upriver from the Western Avenue Bridge.
